Who we are
Experience Agency ("we", "us") provides booking, PR, artist management and music management services for electronic music artists. Contact: info@experienceagency.eu.
What data we collect
We only collect the personal data you voluntarily provide through our contact and booking forms, by email or on WhatsApp: name, email address, phone number and the details of your message or event. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you.
You can also message us on WhatsApp. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp until you click the link. When you message us, WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta) processes your phone number, profile name and messages under its own privacy policy. We use your messages only to respond to your enquiry.
Sending the forms
The contact and booking forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is filling them in. For this check Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details. The form is then sent to us by email through our email provider Sender (sender.net). Booking requests are also sent to the artist you chose.
Embedded media
Artist pages can show a YouTube video and a Spotify player. These only load when you allow them in the cookie bar, or when you click a player. Once loaded, the player comes from YouTube or Spotify, which may set cookies and process data under their own privacy policies. We store your choice in your browser for one year. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
How we use it
Your data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry, prepare booking proposals and manage our professional relationship. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@experienceagency.eu. We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request.
